Teams: Registrars will upload rosters with all required documents from players and coaches. See the checklist above; you will need information about players and coaches including:

  • Name

  • Address/Phone Number/Contact Info

  • Digital Copy of Birth Certificate

  • Signed Digital Copy of Waiver

  • Signed Digital Copy of Concussion Code of Conduct

  • Passport-style Photo no older than 12 months

  • T-Shirt Size (WHOO FREE SWAG!)

WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO USE THE TEMPLATE ABOVE TO PREVENT HAVING TO MANUALLY ENTER ALL INFORMATION ONTO THE SITE.

Players & Coaches: Ensure your registrar has all your required information BEFORE deadline day. You will need:

*Coaches will also need to have background checks verified before the start of the tournament. Coaches without verified checks will not be permitted to coach. Coaches who are not registered via club registration for specific teams will not be given a coaching badge and band, regardless of verified background checks.*
